B + W Specialty Coffee

📍Minneapolis, Minnesota

A Minneapolis-based micro roaster crafting thoughtfully sourced specialty coffees, with an emphasis on quality, freshness, and full-bodied flavor.

Founded in 1992, B+W Specialty Coffee was built on a simple mission: to roast some of the finest coffees on earth with integrity.

As a small-batch roaster, B+W focuses on bringing out the distinctive character of each coffee through careful roasting and cupping. Working closely with importers, the roastery sources coffees from around the world, with an emphasis on supporting cooperative farms, Fair Trade principles, and long-term relationships with coffee-growing communities. B+W also works directly with producers at times and relies heavily on OFT Arabica coffees.

B+W serves cafés, businesses, and online customers around the world. Beyond coffee, the company offers roasting expertise, in-house training and workshops, equipment and supplies, and support through its dedicated service department. With a longstanding reputation for both flavor and service, B+W believes great coffee starts with carefully considered sourcing, strong relationships, and attention to every detail.
